Need Live Music For An Upcoming Event? (MN/WI)

If you need a quality band to play dance music for a reception, background music for a meal or other event, or any type of situation that would require live music, please read on.

We are a group comprised mostly of college music majors who are well-versed in playing and with this group specifically. We are a "jazz" group, with a wide variety of tunes in our repertoire. From swing standards to laid-back latin, cool jazz to funk rock, we have a lot of variety in our play lists. We are also willing to take requests if there`s a special song you want played, and we will make our best effort to find or create an arrangement for your event. Our instrumentation is a couple horn players (trumpet, sax, trombone) with a rhythm section (piano, guitar, bass, drums), and we could range from just a trio of piano, bass, and drums up to a much larger sized band, depending on what your needs are.

We are willing to travel within reason in the state of Minnesota, and compensation is based on length of time played, generally.
