Depo Weight Gain

I know exactly what you are going thru, I was on the Depo shot for 4 years and ballooned from a size 7 to a size 16. My wedding dress had to be let out and barely fit me. ( I had my wedding dress for a couple of years b 4 I actually got married). I wish you all the luck in the world on losing weight, you`re going about it sensibly but from my own experiences I just have to say don`t get down on yourself if you can`t loose the weight, I have been trying for years and have never seen my size 7`s. I don`t know what Depo does to out systems, but it can`t be good! Good Luck and I`m sure you`ll be a beautiful bride whether or not you loose all the weight you want.
