Insurance Program For Canadian Performers/ Entertainers

HKMB, Canada’s largest privately owned insurance brokerage, is pleased to offer an insurance program that provides coverage for performers such as bingo callers, buskers, caricature and cartoon artists, clowns, DJs, face painters, jugglers, magicians, musicians, MCs, pavement artists, plate spinners, poets, living statues, stilt walkers, and trivia hosts.

Our insurer is Sovereign General through K&K Insurance

General Liability Limit provided is $2,000,000.

Premium is $325. + $100 Agency + applicable taxes.

Insurance can be purchased online through HKMB our website www.hkmb.com.

The program is restricted as follows:
Performer eligibility:
O over 18 years of age
O Canadian Resident
O Gross income from performing activities does not exceed $100,000
· Program will run from July 1, 2005 to July 1, 2006, when it will renew;
· Insurance can be purchased at any time during the term of the program but the premium will be the same regardless of when during the term the purchase is made and all policies will expire on July 1, 2006;
· Coverage under the program commences on the day the insurance is purchased and extends to July 1, 2006;
· Partial refunds will not be made if the policy is cancelled before July 1, 2006;
· Coverage applies only to Canada.
