Fall Wedding Bouquet

I too am getting married in October 2003. I am having a hard time choosing between a bouquet of Sunflowers, Burgandy and Butter Yellow (or cream) Roses, and Eucalyptus sprigs...or...Deep Red and Orange Roses with Red Berries and other such colours. I would really like to have the Sunflowers though. I saw one at a wedding fair on the weekend with the reds, oranges, berries and some purple flowers as well. It was absolutely gorgeous. Good luck. I was married in September 2002 and my husband and I planned a beautiful fall wedding. My bouquet was all red which looked gorgeous in pictures! The flowers consited of velvet merlo roses and red gerbera daisies. The bridesmaids carried a ribbon-tied bouquet of red, gold, orange, and yellow gerbera daisies.

My wedding is also in October 2003 and I am wearing an ivory dress and the bridesmaids are wearing burgundy. The flowers are going to be ivory and burgundy roses with hydragengeas and fall touches added in. You could do the same but use flowers that are close in color to eggplant or would compliment that color. Good luck with your wedding! I know I am getting so excited.

Here is a suggestion for your fall wedding with the plum dresses. For a round style bouquet fresh you could use some purple lisanthus, burnt orange/yellow freesia, pepper berries, burgundy mini carns, burgundy lace flower, hypericum and salal foliage, and a burnt orange roses. THis will be appropriate for a plum brown dark green or burgundy dress. Hope this helps.

One of my girlfriends got married in October and she used artificial flowers, like cream, beige, and lt brown for the flowers and greens (petals, ivory, etc) mixed in. She also used off white, creamy colored beads into the bouquet mixture. I thought it sounded hideous when she told me what she was doing, but by the time we finished making them, they were gorgeous!
