Does He Like Me

I have caught this guy in my class looking at me. We talk in class, when we are passing to other classes and online. We are doing the same movie project in class. I emailed him and invited him to get together and watch the movie that we are doing the project on. I also asked him if there was a better way to get ahold of him other than email. He replied that he had "a bunch to do," on the day I planned to get together with him. He didn`t respond to my question about a better way to get ahold of him. He also sugested that I email him my project and he`ll email me his so we can get a different perspective on the project. Do you think he likes me? Do you think that he just likes to take things slow?
