I`ve done it as a side biz for two years in the New England area. It`s a blast and the key is to be loyal to the idea of confidentiality, have very reasonable rates, be classy, and know that women like things slow at first but be able to bring the party to a wildside they kinda hoped for before arriving. Build a clientelle by word-of-mouth and you `ll never need to advertise. Arrive on time !!! Good luck.
