Renewing Our Vows

It is our 15th anniversary (Feb. 12th). My mother gave me her and my dad`s wedding set (rings) over the holidays (my dad passed when I was age 10). My husband and I have had them sized. We are doing a simple ceremony to renew our vows in private, alone and present each other the new rings. We are taking a weekend romantic getaway together and need ideas as to how to word our vows to each other. We plan to do this at a private candlelight dinner. It really seems like it`s going to be romantic, but we need help with the actual vow part. Any ideas?
