Can Someone Help My Delima!

I`ve the prom dress that I would love to have, but the thing is what i want is not in any stores and nothing is similar. I would make my own dress but I haven`t got enough experience with making clothing only purses,etc. The dress is simple, but I`m on a tight budget. I can afford $320 max. If no one can make my dress I will decide to make it , and I will gladly take any suggestions. Help is certainly needed.
