Need Bbque Catering For Picnic

I am seeking a caterer for a picnic that we will be hosting in N.C. For 275 guests. This event will take place in Oct near Charlotte, NC. We are particulary looking for a company that grills on site.....menu selection may vary, however customers specific request is to definitely have hotdogs and hamburgers !
