Help!!! With My Quinciañera

Hey well I`m 14 and I want to have a quinciañera but I don`t know how to make one. I don`t know what do we have to do and put it in. Plus it cost too much and I don`t have a lot of money to spend and I only have 10 months for my 15 birthday. What could I do how could a I have a great quinciañera without waisting a lot of money? HELP PLEASE

If you need help with your Quinces Ican help.I used to plan all types of parties in miami.I can do center pieces,invitations,balloon arches,anything you can think of.I am in the new york area .If not i can guide you through all the steps so you can do it yourself.My e-mail is torribon@aol.com
