Fall Wedding Themes

I need a lot of help..... My wedding date is October 6th, 2007 and I am doing a fall theme. I have some ideas but could use some more, I would like to incorporate acorns, fall colored leaves and cornstalks for decoration. If anyone has had a fall themed wedding and has some good ideas for center pieces and decorations please let me know, it would be so helpful!!!!!

Fall wedding ideas,,, for centerpieces carve out large round pumpkins and put a potted mum in it,, incorporate fall leaves and straw to accent it. Place it in the center of the table surrounded with small pumpkins(patty pan pumpkins carved out, with a votice candle inside) gourds, leaves, etc.. I had a bride this past year, carve her and her husbands initials out of pumkins and line the walk ways outside with them at night. I have alot of pix of some of my fall weddings, will try to send them to you. Good luck

You can do Harvest related themes like stalks of wheat as centerpieces - Martha Stewart had some great pics in her Fall Wedding Magazine issue you can probably look them up on line. Cornucopia`s are cute - tiny pumpkins (white ones- if you can find look amazing) and gourds can be place card holders on the table or just scattered all around. Berry and fruit wreaths. I found gorgeous after holiday items like glittered gold and red apples to hang from the trees. Plus using tree branches in vases (you can even spray them gold - gold accents are more autumny than silver) and hang favors. Or seating cards. Baskets to hold things at the buffet table. I did pumpkin fragranced votives and pilar candles on a candle plate as favors. Mums are the fall flower as well as daisies. And they come on gorgeous fall colors like orange, yellow, red. You can do bunches of mums everywhere. I am getting married on Oct 8th and much of what I am doing is listed above. It`s an outdoor wedding so lots of lights in the trees in autumn colors are part of my decor.
