Eloping

My boyfriend just proposed to me today!! (Feb 6th) And well we would like to get married in a month in a half (March 24th). How long does it take to get our marriage license? We want to kind of elope but not really because it is not a secret. We want some family and friends there, so we dont want to do it in the court house. We live in Canton, Ohio, where can we go to get married and have like a very very small wedding? How do we find a person to marry us? Help please!
