Affordable Wedding Reception In NYC

Hi -
I`m planning to wed in Mar `03 and would love to have the reception in NYC -restuarant or hotel featuring elegance and good food but at an affordable price- $50/pp give or take is affordable. I`ve heard that weddings are more affordable in off-seasons - which March may fall into this category - but I`m having a hard time finding an affordable place for a reception - please help identify the locales. Thanks!
