Including Adult Daughter,Young Son In Wedding

I will be getting married (2nd marriage) in June of 2003, my fiance has not been married before. We would like to somehow include my 22yr old daughter and 5 yr old son. I would like to somehow incorporate them into part of the wedding vows, my fiance is pretty open to ideas to include them, he has no children of his own. My daughter will be my maid of honor. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

Family Medalions are popular for this type of ceremony. You can find them at most jewelery stores.
There is a presentation that goes with the medallion that essentially joins bride and groom with son/daughter as a family.
