My Very Small Wedding 4/1/06 HELP
I am getting married on 4/1/06
Budget is calling for traditional vows by justice of the peace, or non-denominational clergy....we live in a downtown hotel so no where to have it here, guests will be limited to two witnesses and maybe 2-4 others at most....wedding night in a nice hotel (affordable)
Suggestions for officiant? location? availability of rental formal wear, bride and groom, and reasonable priced transportion for the afternoon, evening
Our most important thing is getting married, whatever extras we can afford come second
Open to all suggestions....THANKS

WE ARE ALSO HAVING A SMALL WEDDING, IN JULY. CONGRATS! FIND A PLACE TO HAVE IT OUTSIDE, EVEN IF IT IS IN A FRIENDS BACK YARD. YOU COULD ALSO HAVE A SMALL RECEPTION AREA AS WELL. FRUIT, CHEESE AND CRACKERS, ETC., PUNCH, NO BOOZE OR KEEP IT LIMITED. WE WILL BE LIGHTING A UNITY CANDLE. FORGET THE LIMO, MAYBE A RENTAL CAR OR IF A FRIEND WOULD DRIVE YOU AROUND FOR THE EVENING???? HOPE THIS HELPS, GOOD LUCK---BUT YOU KNOW LUCK HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IT. GOD BLESS!

Hi officiant should be Justice of the Peace (more cost effective) Location can be a city park that has a gazebo; a friends house; a civic center (they are normaly inexpensive) Rental of formalware it may be cheaper to buy it off the internet......... I have a few other things in mind email me at allicow75@earthlink.net I can not put websites on here.

Good Afternoon:
Do you two have a favorite location...a museum or park or restaurant.? I would suggest seeing if this location is available. If it is a restaurant, check into seeing if they have a private room for you and your guest and the dinner would be no more than the traditiional plate on their standard menu? If you like you can tell me, where you are located and I can give you the available resources in your area.
2) Suggest using a Justice of the Peace only if you to do not attend a parish. Most Pastors/Ministers are very reasonable (free) and you can give them a donation if you choose, but suggested.
