Rogers And Hollands
BRIDE`S TO BE i took my engagement ring into rogers and hollands oct.2005 to get my bands made. When i got my engagement ring back it was totally destroyed!!!!!! instantly i started crying. Long story short it has been sent back 5times as of 1/28/06.. I`m getting married march11 2006 and still no ring i have. I have been dealing with the VP of the company and she`s horrible to me. Unappologetic, uncompassinate, but she`s very good at pushing me to the side. Beware of this company it is family owned and they still like to treat their costumers like dirt even when THEY DESTROYED MY ENGAGEMENT RING!!!

I`m so sorry that your rings got ruined when your wedding is so close. I would suggest that if you bought the rings from Rogers and Hollands to please read your contract, because when is their fault they might be able to replace your rings if your original rings have been totaly ruined. At the end, it falls on them as part of their responsibility. Rogers and Holland doesn`t fix or enlarge rings, they usually send jewelry to be fix to other places. I know this because my husband and I bought our wedding bands from Rogers and Hollands. My husband`s band needed to be resized (my husband has a chunky hand) and the Salesman told us it would take aproximately a month to resize it since they had to send it somewhere else. It did take a little bit more than a month but the band came out fine. No imperfections and the ring size was correct.
If your ring situation is not resolved by your wedding day, you should buy a less expensive set of bands for your wedding day. At least you have something until the real ones are fixed or they give you new ones.
Hun, I know is a sad and frustrating situation but please read your contract. Check what other options you have with Rogers and Hollands. Best of wishes!
