Sweet Sixteen Theme

My daughter will be sixteen in March and she decided her theme will be: "Sweet Sixteen Red Carpet Premier". It will be a co-ed party and all her friends will come dress to impress. Her decorations were found at party city and they had everything needed for this theme, including the red carpet.... Hope this might be an idea for someone!

Thank you so much for this idea. My daughter`s sweet 16 is May 5, 2006 and she wanted a red carpet theme and I did not know where to start. Thanks a million -- if you have any other ideas please let me know
