Um Im So Confused!

Um i am 14 right now.. But you see i want to have a sweet 15.. I think its intersting to have something different from most people.. Im turning 15 on sep. 17 i cant wait.. But my dad was a low life and left my mom after i was born... My mom died when i was 2 so the only family i have is my randparents.. Then my mom mom died when i was 9.. So its my pop pop.. He dont kno any thing about sweet 15s... So should i try to contact my dad... Or should i let my dream go.. Or what should i do??? please please help!!!!! im me if you have an answer...
