Can there be a religious ceremony for a sweet sixteen as there is for a quincenera?

You can make your Sweet 16 to be what you want it to be. It can be like a Debutante where you present her as a young woman before God and family who will dedicate her life to serving God and living by the Bible. It can be just a party. You can do whatever you want for your party. My niece did her baptism over again for her Sweet 16, she did a beautiful ceremony first and then the baptism to rededicate her life to God. Make it what you want it to be but if you are going to do something religious, be about it and not just about showing others that you are having this religious ceremony.
