Rogers And Holland Ring Scam

Do not ever do business with Rogers and Hollands in Rivertown mall, Grandville Michigan. They sold us a 1 ct diamond engagement ring that showed only 1 flaw under the scope and offered to size it for free. Upon inspection from another jeweler, there was an enormous flaw that actually broke the surface of the diamond. They claim to "size" my ring three different times, yet did no work on it at all. Then they voided my warranty when I took it to a competent jeweler . Their manager Liz is has no business ethics, and I don`t believe I was given the actual diamond I picked out. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!!

My finace and I had a VERY bad experience there as well. Family owned???? Not like the company I work for I will tell you that much. It was an absolute nightmare working with these people. I don`t think it matters what location you visit. We custom ordered a ring that they were supposed to have but it was discontinued and still in the case. We were told 3 week and it ended up being more like 10. In that process we were lied to several times and they made my ring wrong. They were going to give us this "great diamond" that ended up being just ok. They gave us this "great deal" but when we got our paperwork (3 months after the purchse finally) it was actually appraised at a few hundred less than what we paid for it. The whole thing was horrible. I even dealt with the DM at one point who seemed sympathetic but just ended up being incompetent like the whole company seems to be.
Buyer BEWARE!

Was told 2 weeks from final purchase... Paid in full.... 2 weeks latter I called them and they acted like they did not know my order. I got a call a week latter saying that the order was messed up and had to be resubmitted. Went to national guard duty for 3 weeks apon showing up for the ring after was told it was still in transit. . .. Asked for money back and was told that I need to wait until they find the ring. This is crap never do buisness with them. Ascroft and oak is much better and is located in the same mall. Rogers and holland will forget your oder and hope you dont complain. A horrible experiance !!!
