January Wedding

I am getting married a year from now, many people tell me I need a theme for my wedding. Help!!! Is this true? I don`t have a clue for theme. I have read about winter weddings, snowflakes etc..... I am getting married in Fort Lauderdale so the whole winter thing makes no sense for me.... We don`t know what winter is??? Help if you can. Thanks

No but a good suggestion would be a new beginning for a theme. Birthsone as a color for the month of january for month of janaury black & white wedding are very pretty this time of year

You don`t need a theme but many couples choose some sort of unifying element(s) so that aesthetically, your ceremony and reception look like one contiunous event. Your flowers and colors could provide a unifying look - you will carry a bouquet down the isle and probably choose a similar style for centerpieces and to embellish the cake. Monograms and ciphers (the first inital of you and your fiance`s first names) are also popular and can be used any time of the year on cakes, invitations, napkins, etc. If you need help with wedding invitations, please visit:

Congrats and I hope this helps!
