Prom Dress Delimma

I have been looking for every possible person to custom make me a prom dress. I already have the idea of what i want it to look like. I am just having a hard time of getting with the right people. I would like an estimate range of how much it would cost. Please help me!!!!! My prom is the 2nd wk in may, 2006.
