Needing A Dressmaker

Hey everyone im a plus size girl and this is my second wedding i`ve looked everywhere and i can`t a dress i love so i sat down and designed one myself...but now i need someone to make it for me i am in the north georgia area and would really like some help if you know of someone or you do it contact me at cassie214star@yahoo.com its not a complicated dress its strapless and i want a small bolero jacket with 3/4 length sleeves.....please someone help my dream come true!!!
