All School Picnic

I nicely volunteered to be the head of the all school K4-5 grade picnic. I have no clue of what I got myself into. I need some ideas. It will be at the begining of June, so I have some time. It`s about 300 students and their families are also invited. Please let me know if anyone has any ideas.
