Depo

I have been on depo for about four years now and have no complaints. Depo increases your appatite, it doesnt make you gain weight. If you eat as many calories and you burn you will not gain weight, just know that depo will make you more hungry. Once you know that you won`t gain weight b/c of the shot. Also i haven`t have a more than 2 day light period in 4 years. I recommend the shot to everyone i know w/ the will power to not eat too much
