I Neep Some TIPS!! Please Help Me!

I am getting married July 1, 2006. And my colors are Pink and White. I am having so much troube figuring out what to do to make things look nice. I don`t want to spend a lot of money but i want everyting to be very elegant. Please give me some tips on decorating the church and for the reception.
