Depo

Hello, i got my first depo shot in 1995 and at 42 my doctor suggested that i stop taking the shot back in september 2005 due to the calcium problems. I got my first period in october 2005 and one every month since then. I have had weight gain but no other side effects. I am not on any other birth control. I am not sure when everything will return to normal.

How long does it take this stuff to get out of your body and what are my chances of getting pregnant? i`m not interested in pregnancy but i`m not ready to get on any other birth control either. I`ve only been off of depo 4 months.
