Rogers & Holland Jewelry Beware!!!
I just want bride`s to be to know what Roger`s and Holland Jewelry put me through since October 2005. I took my engagement ring there to have wedding bands made which they completely screwed up. My ring has been sent in a total of three times to be fixed and I still do not have it and my wedding is in March 2006. Their district manager in Milwaukee, WI basically told me she did not care, this is just a job and she sees rings everyday. I then called corporate and left a message for the vice president and what did she do, nothing! She had this same district manager call me back and treat me like dirt. I am so mad about how a company like this treats their Brides.

They don`t treat the groom any different. The ring was purchased in March....2 repairs later and it still isn`t fixed, will not replace, will not refund....and still no ring for the groom. And guess what, they don`t care about this situation either. The check has been cashed, the salesperson`s commission paid (and he has now left the store)...so why should they care! They should care because they are not the only game in town! I will take my business elsewhere for sure. Sandie

Rogers and Hollands in Michigan actually switched out the diamond in my jewelry when it was brought to them for service. When I called there corprate I got "they didn`t switch it sue us". NEVER BUY FROM THEM. They are not reputable.
