My 30th Bday

I am trying to plan a family birthday party in Baltimore, Maryland, where my family lives to take place next month. I am not familiar with the area and would appreciate anyone`s help to offer suggestions for great places. I would like to rent a small party room, hire a DJ and have a 70`s dress up party, and hire a caterer for only 30 ppl buffet style or be able to bring my own food there. Any good and cheap vendors in the area you can recommend? Help!
