Female Tuxedo

Does anyone know where I can rent/purchase a tuxedo with tails made for a woman? I`m looking for a very short jacket with long tails.

You`re message was posted two years ago, and so I`m not sure if you`ll get this, but I`m looking for the same thing. I was wondering if you were at all successful? And if you could offer any advice as to where you found one?
