Gothic Sweet Sixteen Party

Hey, I`m also turning 16 and into the gothic style. I have advice. If you don`t want it to look like it`s Halloween, just make everything dark colors, don`t put too much witch or spider decorations around. And also, make sure not to use the color orange unless she wants you to because black and orange will definately make it seem Halloween-ish. If you don`t want everything to be black some other colors that are considered "gothic" if used in the right way are dark purple and blood red.

Thanks for your reply, your advice was great. I was thinking of using hot pink and black as the 2 main colors for the party. I was able to hire someone to pick her up in a hearse that is all restored and bring her to the party. Now I am trying to figure out what I should use as favors for the guests.

Wow. I wish my mother had done all that for MY sixteenth! she`ll be so happy with the hearse picking her up...
