Bridesmaids/What To Spend For A Gift??

I am looking at my budget for my bridesmaids and I am not sure what to get them for a gift as a thank you. I know that I am getting them a necklace and earrings to go with their dress...but I also want to get something more personal for them. Any suggestions??
