2004 Wedding

Beware! Lucy has ripped us off for thousands. She is a great salesman. But has not delivered in 1 1/2 years! (we were married 7-10-04). Has not responded to phone calls, or e-mails. Our next step is small claims court. We are so frustrated and need help.
