Outdoor Wedding For 500 - Rental Information And Hints?

I am planning a Spring 07 outdoor reception for 500 people and need helpful information on renting:

-Tent(s)
-Chairs
-Tables and linens

I`ve also tried looking everywhere for various sized paper lanterns in white and shades of pink (ranging from hot to pale pink). I am looking at buying or renting enough lanterns to cover 45 tables and a dance floor... Meaning over 600 lanterns! Please let me know if you have any idea where I can get good deals!
