My Sweet 16

Hey my name is Stephanie, I`m 15 turning 16 on October 28. I live in New Jersey I`m a bit spoiled and a daddy`s girl. My dad is willing to spend about 10 grand or more on my party. I`m not sure if thats enough for MTV, but I would really like to know more information about the rules and such for MY SUPPER SWEET 16.
