Maid Of Honor

I am in my friend`s weddinn in February and I am her Maid of Honor. I just found out that I have to give a speech and I have to hardest time ever getting up in front of people and having to make a speech. I have only know this girl for 2 years and I can`t say that we are the best of friends as I just moved to Phoenix, AZ and she is in Tucson, AZ. I ahve no idea as to where to start my speech and what I need to say. Any ideas or comments friom other Maid of Honors out there?
