Limousine Hire Warning

I recently took my boyfriend to New York as a special surprise i pre booked a limousine at Cheaplimo.com. The advert stated that there would be mood lighting, TV, Phone, candies, long stemmed rose, refreshments, there would be a welcome photo, vacation certificate, videos and a beautiful sign saying surprise with your name on it. Their phrase is " Super stretch limousines at the lowest fares". When the limo arrived i was so embarrassed, it was beaten up bad. The inside was damp and mouldy the car was dirty and rusty. It was meant to be a surprise and it was totally ruined. Needles to say there was non of the above and instead of a rose there was a carnation. The lights did not work neither did the T.V, there was speaker wire hanging from the speakers and a radio which was wedged in with foam and the plastic glasses that were provided were all split, dusty and dirty and to start it of the sign was hand made just before collection of which my 5 year old would have done a better job!! I am yet to receive a refund for the return journey that i did not take with them and am writing this to ensure that no one else’s special day is ruined to the extent that mine was. I am aware that you can never be too careful when booking things on the inter net but i requested a photo of the limo that would be collecting me and it looked fantastic. You can never be to sure!! I hope no on else makes the mistake i did.
