Winter Wonderland Theme

HELP!!! My friend is getting married in February of 06, she is having a winter wonderland theme. Her bridesmaids are wearing Pewter and she is wearing an off white color called candlelight. MY 4 daughters are in her wedding as greeters... Size 6, 8, 14 and ladies sizes 16. I am having a terrible time finding dresses in the Ice blue color that the bride requested. PLEASE HELP with any catalogs or websites you know of. I don`t want to spend more then $100.00 per dress
