I have brown hair and blue eyes too, and I went to several formal during my highschool years, (I am now a senior in college)and I wore just about every color possible. It isn`t the color of your hair or eyes, it is your skin tone. If she has lots of freckles, keep her away from oranges and pale yellows. Any color dress will probably go fine. She could play it safe and go with a black or blue dress. Just make sure she can sit down in it. Go to lycos and search for prom dresses. You would be amazed at what comes up.
