Breakaway Table Centerpieces For Wedding

I want fresh flowers at my reception tables for a centerpiece. But I`d like 8 individual flower pots with fresh flowers grouped together in the center of the table for dinner, then after the reception each guest gets to take one home as the favor. Trying to think of some type of unique pots to put them in yet keep cost down. Any ideas? Like each one tied with a gorgeous gingham ribbon?
