Need Site For October Wedding

I live in NY but am looking to have our wedding in Richmond, VA. I am hoping for sometime late September, early October. Does anyone have any ideas of locations that have access to a garden wedding (like old mansions) or something of the sort. My budget is moderate. As you can imagine, planning from NY is a bit of a challenge but I am hoping brides or brides-to-be can help me with location ideas.
