Pronovias Dry Cleaning Disaster! Need Your Help!

Hi Everyone,

I recently had a problem with a known dry cleaning company. I droped off my Pronovias Semilla gown to be cleaned, and it came back ruined. The dress is made out of dupioni silk, that is generally a pretty thick fabric. It came back from the cleaners limp and wrinkled, and the fabric was so thin! There were also red stains on the dress that looked like rust. :confused:

I just wanted to know if any of you have ever dry cleaned your same Pronovias Semilla gown and if you had any problems with it. The company that cleaned my dress is blaming the type of fabric and the maker of the gown - i think this is an excuse.

It would be greatly appreciated if you let me know that your dress came back in good condition from your dry cleaners as all of your responces can help my case against the cleaners.
