After Pill Period

WEll I would like to tell you to stop stressing if you took the tests and they are coming back negative then i would trust that . As to why you have not gotten your period it happened to me also. Your body has to get used to those pills out of your system so your body can get used to not having it in your system. And you probably have been under alot of stress lately with the wedding and all. And that can have an effect on that also

The same thing happens to a lot of women. I am a nurse and I see this very often. It will take some time for your body to readjust to relying on its natural hormones. You have been putting hormones into your body and now you have taken them away. Just as it took time for your body to adjust to the pills and have them work properly, it will take time for your body to work properly without the pills. Your periods may be a little screwy for a while. If you go three months or more without a period, see your gynecologist as it MIGHT be die to a problem other than birth control. Another thing is, the more stressed you are, the less likely you are to start your period. Once, I thought i was pregnant because I was a little late. I stressed and stressed about it. I finally got tested by my doctor after countless negative home tests and as soon as the results came back (literally 5 minutes afterward) i started my period! Don`t stress girl!
