Looking To Hire A Little Person As Elf For Christmas Par

We are looking to hire a little person to be an elf at a Christmas party on December 17th. We are located in Encinitas north of San Diego. They would need to come in and deliver presents in lieu of a santa- probably for about 45 minutes or so. Thanks!
