Need To Find An Inexpensive Way To Feed My Guests

My guest list ended up being much bigger than we had planned and now I need an inexpensive way to feed the guests but I would still like to include servers. We are considering BBQ, but would like it to be a little nicer than paper plates and plastic silverware. I can`t seem to find any caterers within my budget.
