HELP! Want To Start My Own Business

I was gathering information on opening my own Party & Paper Store. I came across a wonderful site that a couple wrote about their experience of opening one. In this story they outlined what percentages of the store should focus on each topic (ie: 20% Weddings, 30 % Birthdays, etc) Also it went over what each department should bring in and so on.
My computer crashed and the one copy I did have I had gave to a person I thought was going to back my idea, but once again this took place about one year ago.
I have been searching for that site, along with any others that would give me the business instie on running the business, Finding vendors-suppliers are right there(but I am still looking for WONDERFUL helpful vendors), but this type of information is not.
Is there anyone out there that can help me! This is my new start to my new life.
