Please HELP

Hi. Im turnin 13 and i hav absolutely no clue on what to do. I was thinkin of gettin a limo but then i thought it might be too expensive. The thing is, i dont want my parents to be like watching over us the whole time because my boyfriend will be there, obviously. But thats not the point. The point is that im at a dead end so please help.
