David Bridal Is Horrible

I ordered all my dresses through david`s bridal Cincinnati including my dress. Well when my bridesmaids dresses came back my pregnant maid of honor`s didn`t fit. Well they acted like it was not a big deal they would just locate another dress and it would take 2 weeks tops.. Well its 6weeks later and i still dont have a dress for my maid of honor and my wedding is in a couple of weeks. David`s Bridal is the worst place I would not recommend it to anyone.

I had a very good overall experience with David`s Bridal. I did have a few quirks along the way, but in the end I was pleased. My initial visit to the Albany, NY store was awesome. The people were very friendly and helped with everything that I asked. I found a few dresses that I liked and my cousin/bridesmaid was there with me. One of the salepeople immediately brought me to the dressing room, got me a slip and bra for the dress, and helped me put them on. I fell in love with the second dress I tried on, and went out to model it for my cousin to get her opinion. She loved it also. I got back into my regular clothes and then we started looking for bridesmaid dresses to match mine in the color that I wanted. Right in front of me there was the perfect matched to my dress in the lavendar color that I wanted. It was really like they were made to go together. So I had my cousin try on that dress, and the same salegirl helped her out that was so helpful to me. I called my parents and made an appointment to come back the next night with the family to hopefully buy the dress that night. We all got there and were greeted instantly at the door. They did however then stick us with a very rude woman who we nicknamed Mrs. Bones because she looked like a witch doctor...but anyway. The manager of the store realized what was going on with this rude woman and took over care for me and my sister (another bridesmaid). We had the royal treatment from that moment on. My mom went camera crazy, and we were up on the pedastiles for almost an hour, and not once did the salespeople complain that we were taking too long. They found me all kinds of matching accessories for my dress just to see the whole ensamble. They did try to sell those items to me, but when I told them I just wanted the dresses that night, they let it go. Without even asking they said they were going to order me a brand new dress and order brand new bridemaids dresses for my wedding party. The dresses came in much sooner than expected. There was a slight problem with one of the bridesmaid dresses, there was a small black spot on the back of the dress. We asked them to fix it, and told them if they could get it out without it looking like it had ever been there we would take that one, if not they would need to order us a new one. They said ok. About 4 days later I got a call from the shop saying that they were not happy with the results of trying to remove the spot so they went ahead and ordered the new dress. It came in about 2 weeks later and it was perfect. Except for the one rude saleslady I was very happy with Davd`s Bridal, not only their service and commitment to their customers, but their prices are unbeatable.

I have to AGREE!!!!!!!!!! I will never recommend them to anyone. I went to the Albany NY Davids Bridal and the Service Sucked. They were terrible and not many dresses to choose from. I went to another place and the material on the dresses were alot better quality.

I know I`m changing the place, but i want to warn people about this place. My wedding is one week away and one of my bridesmaids is out of a dress. The lady had ordered the wrong dress and she knew it was her fault, so she told me I would not have to pay the remainding balance and they would pay to add material to make it look like the others. I was cool w/ that. She calls me 4 days ago telling me "We are low in money, so you are going to have to pay the remainding balance and for the material". I totally freaked. I told her it was her fault and she needs to fix the problem. I`m stressed enough w/ other stuff. So we agreed that i would not pay the remainding balance and we would go half on the alterations and they would pay for the extra material. I was cool w/ that. She had also told me we would pay$25. Each to split the cost. When i got to the alteration place, she totally went back on what we agreed w/, and she lied to me about the price. It was only $25. So she lied to me so I would pay for the entire amount. By that time I was tired and told them just pay $25. And I will pay the rest. She starts telling me the same thing i said but like she was telling me off. I ended up hanging up on her. She calls back and says" Come get your money back, I`m not going to fix the stupid dress". Sooooo, please dont risk this horrible issue. They cannot take responsibility for thier employees actions. If you are a bride to be, learn from my horrible experience w/ this place. Remember Glamour Bridal, they will lie to you and leave you in a horrible bind. I dont know what i`m going to do now.
