Communion

I would like to plan a communion party for May. The guest list is quite large. Looking at 100 adults and 40 kids approximate. Ideally I would like a place that I could also have access to an outside area because I would like to have a moon bouncer or large blow up slide. Any ideas for locations. I live in Dix Hills but don`t mind traveling east or west.
Other option would be elegant tents, with floors, walls, heated, etc.. To have at my parents house. Any ideas for a great place that rents all the equiptment. Tables, chairs, linens, etc?
