Can`t Find A Place In IN To Get Married

I am getting married in Indianapolis, IN and I am trying to find somewhere inexpensive but nice to get married. Brown county is always an option but it`s too expensive. I am getting married in the winter so some places are closed but I want something small and intimate, outdoors is ok with me, but where, is the question. I am new to the area so I am not familiar with places that locals might know... Any help would be appreciated. Thank you .
